Get Started

Simply telephone our office at 916-983-1292 and ask to speak with our Client Services Coordinator to schedule your initial Legacy Estate Planning session.  We have appointments available in the evenings and occasionally on Saturday if that is more convenient for you.

In order to secure your appointment, you will provide your address, phone number, email address and credit card number.  Of course, we hold this information in the highest confidence.  So long as you don’t cancel your appointment within one week of your scheduled appointment, your credit card will not be charged.  If you must cancel within a week of your appointment, your credit card will still not be charged so long as you reschedule your planning appointment within 30 days of your cancellation.  Initial consultations are $150.  This amount is credited towards the cost of the flat fee estate plan you choose.

We do it this way because your time is valuable.  And so is ours.  We want to make certain that we have ample time to focus on you and your family’s estate planning needs.  We take a limited number of appointments and set aside a block of time to focus just on you.  Some firms schedule as many appointments as they can and try to squeeze them all in.  We do not do that.  When we meet with you, you get our undivided attention.

After your appointment is made

Once your appointment is secured, you will receive an information packet sent to you by mail.  The packet includes a Legacy asset inventory and worksheet.  You must complete and return the inventory and worksheet to our office at least three days before your initial office conference, either by mail, fax or email.   This allows us to review your information and to prepare for your initial office conference so that when we get together face to face, none of your valuable time is wasted.  This allows us to better focus on your estate planning needs.  Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns in filling out the inventory and worksheet.

If you already have estate planning documents, make sure you provide copies to our office at least three days before your planning appointment so that we have ample time to review them before our meeting.

Contact us to schedule a Family Legacy Estate Planning meeting at our Folsom office conveniently located off E. Bidwell St.   We provide superior legal representation and 100% commitment to our clients and their families.
